Acceptable use

What is not allowed on MyLevy

• Collecting money for something you know is false, or pretending to be a group you do not run.
• Using a space to launder money, or to move money that is not a due, levy or contribution.
• Charging anybody to become an agent, or passing yourself off as one.
• Asking anybody for their PIN, password or codes.
• Harassing people in posts, comments, reminders or contributor walls.
• Sharing somebody's personal details without their permission.
• Trying to reach an account, a space or data that is not yours.
• Interfering with the app, or using it to send spam.

What happens

We can hide content, suspend a space or an agent, or close an account. Where we can, we tell you why, and money already paid still settles to the space's own bank account.

Reporting

Report a post, a comment, a contributor wall message or an agent from the screen it appears on, or contact support.
