How to delete your account

1. Open the MyLevy app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Privacy and data.
3. Choose Delete my account.
4. Clear anything the screen lists: a space you own, an agent balance, a pay-in-parts plan.
5. Confirm with your PIN and the code we send you.

It happens straight away and can't be undone.

Use the contact page on this site from the phone number or email on your account, and we will help you.

What is removed

Your name, phone number, email, photo, date of birth, PIN and password; your devices, saved cards, notifications and preferences.

What is kept

Payment records, receipts, ledger entries and agent commission records, for legal reasons. They are unlinked from your profile. A name printed on a receipt or a commission record at the time stays on that record.

Posts and comments you wrote in a space stay, shown as Former member.
